Delivery
Orders for which payment has been received to the account of our company will be delivered to the client through the postal service
"Latvijas Pasts".
Payment for the delivery of goods is made by the buyer, according to the rates of the postal service "Latvijas Pasts".
Responsibility
1. The buyer is solely responsible for the information he provided when placing an order for the goods.
If the data is entered incorrectly or incorrectly, the seller cannot be held responsible for the fact that the buyer did not receive his goods.
In this case, after one month from the date of dispatch of the goods to the buyer using the postal service "Latvijas Pasts", at the request of the buyer, he
- the money paid by him for the goods will be returned, minus the banking service,
- the goods will be sent again, according to the specified data.
2. The dispute between the seller and the buyer must be resolved through negotiations, if this is not possible, then the dispute is resolved in accordance with Latvian law.
